Already booked a Northern Lights tour with Aurora Viking? Our guest app gives you everything you need before, during and after your tour.
You can use it to manage your booking, find your Reykjavík pickup location, track your bus during pickup, check our aurora forecast and access the photos taken by your guide after the tour.
There is no app to download. The Aurora Viking guest portal works directly in your browser and can be opened from the link in your booking or tour emails.
Manage or reschedule your booking
Plans changed? Open your booking in the guest portal to view your tour details and, when available, change your pickup location or reschedule your Northern Lights tour.
If you joined us but did not see the Northern Lights, you can also use the portal to arrange your free retry on one of our regular shared Northern Lights tours, subject to availability and our retry policy.

Not sure where we pick you up?
Enter your hotel, guesthouse or Reykjavík address into the pickup finder and we will show you the closest Aurora Viking pickup point.
Before pickup, the app can also show your assigned bus and live bus location, so you can see when your guide is getting close instead of standing outside wondering where the Viking has disappeared to. 😄
Find your Northern Lights photos
After your tour, open the Photos section of the guest portal.
Your tour date and guide are connected to your booking, making it easy to find the photographs from your Northern Lights tour once your guide has uploaded them.
There is no need to search through unrelated photo galleries — the portal takes you to the photos associated with your tour.
Check the aurora forecast
The guest app also includes the Aurora Viking aurora forecast, built specifically for Northern Lights hunting in Iceland.
You can check aurora conditions, cloud cover and other useful information before your tour, all from the same place you use to manage your booking.
