Aurora Viking Staff – Terms of Service Effective date: September 6, 2026 These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Aurora Viking Staff. Aurora Viking Staff is an internal application operated by Aurora Viking and intended only for authorized Aurora Viking employees, guides, drivers, contractors, and other approved personnel. By accessing or using Aurora Viking Staff, you agree to these Terms of Service. 1. Authorized Use Aurora Viking Staff may only be used by persons who have been authorized by Aurora Viking. Users must not allow unauthorized persons to access the application or share login credentials with others. The application may only be used for legitimate Aurora Viking business and operational purposes. 2. User Accounts Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and login credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify Aurora Viking as soon as possible. Aurora Viking may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, operational, legal, or employment-related reasons. 3. Google Sign-In Aurora Viking Staff may allow users to authenticate using a Google account. Users remain responsible for maintaining the security of their Google account. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's own applicable terms and policies. 4. User Responsibilities Users must use Aurora Viking Staff lawfully and responsibly. Users must not: - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems - Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the application - Use the application for unlawful purposes - Access information they are not authorized to view - Share confidential company information without authorization - Misuse personal information available through the application Users are responsible for ensuring that information they enter into the application is reasonably accurate. 5. Company Information and Confidentiality Information available through Aurora Viking Staff may include confidential operational, employee, customer, booking, scheduling, or company information. Users must handle such information appropriately and only use it for authorized business purposes. 6. Availability of the Service Aurora Viking aims to keep Aurora Viking Staff available and functioning reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The application may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, updates, or circumstances outside Aurora Viking's control. 7. Changes to the Application Aurora Viking may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of Aurora Viking Staff at any time. Aurora Viking may also update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of the application after updated terms are published may constitute acceptance of the updated terms. 8. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora Viking is not responsible for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions, technical faults, unauthorized use of a user's account, or misuse of the application by a user. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. 9. Termination of Access Aurora Viking may revoke or suspend a user's access to Aurora Viking Staff at any time where access is no longer required, the user's relationship with Aurora Viking ends, or continued access presents a security, operational, or legal risk. 10. Privacy Personal information processed through Aurora Viking Staff is handled in accordance with the Aurora Viking Staff Privacy Policy.
